Ideal for couple with a child as 2nd bedroom is a small child's room. Sky TV, internet, DVD and stereo system, washing machine and all expected kitchen appliances, lovely view from kitchen which lights up in the summer, shower and bath, good storage space, double glazed, well furnished and constantly confirmed as "such a homely flat!" by friends and acquaintances.

East London Line opens 2010 direct to Shoreditch and Islington. 5 minute drive from Dulwich Village. 5-10 minute drive from Greenwich. Quiet road in a family orientated area, lots of young media execs living in the area. (As well as Timothy Spall!). Lovely range of restaurants here, Gastro pubs and a gorgeous park with tennis courts, basketball courts and childrens area at the end of the road. Also a great climb to The Oak with a beautiful view over the whole of London.
