There is also a beautifully landscaped garden with a massive deck, table and chairs for 6, plus a BBQ so you can enjoy the most of the great British summer.

This classic Georgian terraced flat is situated 2 minutes walk from Gipsy Hill station and 5 minutes to the shops, restaurants/cafes and bars of the vibrant Crystal Palace triangle.
Gipsy Hill station will take you to London Bridge or the Victoria in 20 mins, Clapham Junction in 15mins (for the south of England). There is also a connection to the London Overground line and Stratford station (for the Olympic site) in 45 minutes (not far in terms of London travel times).

You are 5 mins walk from the bustling Crystal Palace town centre with a large supermarket and a huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and interesting bric a brac and vintage shops. The beautiful Crystal Palace park is 10 mins walk and its Victorian dinosaurs, maze and museum are a must see London attraction.
