We have a comfortable front (TV) room, library/ sitting room and a conservatory at the back which we use as dining room. We also have a kitchen with 6 burner hob and a toilet on the ground floor.
There is a large modern bathroom and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom and on-suite toilet/ shower is in the loft.

We have a lovely sunny garden (80 foot) with seating for 6 people and a climbing frame for the little ones.
We have 4 adult and 1 children's bike which you can use to get around as well as a 2-seater canoe. And we will be leaving one of our cars for you to use to get around for shopping, to get to the station or to travel to events outside London.
We live in the safest and greenest of the London boroughs. The area is called Hampton Hill and is only a 5 minute walk from the local high street with supermarkets, local butcher, bakery and boutique shops. Along the High Street you can access one of London's most beautiful parks - Bushy Park with hundreds of wild deer.

The park stretches all the way from Hampton Hill to Kingston - which is the best place for shopping outside central London. The park is great for walking and cycling - you can get right to the palace gates. Through the park (or by car, bike or bus) you can also access Hampton Court Palace - Henry 8th famous country palace.
