The flat is part of a beautiful Victorian property with original features throughout including original sash windows. Looking out of the window you can see the pretty 1860s traditional London residential street. On entering the property there is a hall way with space for coats and shoes, the living area has high ceilings and full of light due to the large bay windows. The kitchen has all the expected amenities, including oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, storage etc.

The front room has a large TV and stereo system with a corner sofa and arm chair - a very comfortable space to relax in after a day at the games and also to catch up on the events that you didn’t attend.

Up one level to the rear of the property you have the bathroom which has a shower, bath, toilet and sink. The rear of the property has a double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The single bedroom is situated next to the double bedroom (which is currently being used as a study).

The property is located within the conservation area of Telegraph Hill Park (SE14) which consists of several great gastro pubs, cafes and delis (The community café is a 2 minute walk which is particularly good and overlooks Telegraph Hill Park which is a blue flag London park). Excellent sites of the City can be viewed from the Park. If you want to see a show in town, theatre lovers will appreciate the proximity to central London and you are a ten minute bus ride from the Equestrian and Royal Artillery Barracks in Greenwich Park for many other Olympic Events.
