I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from half June until end of September 2021 (tenancy ends around 20 September).
The room is on the 13th floor of Urbanest Westminter Bridge; the view is amazing and the location is very central (20 minutes walk from Covent Garden right next to the London Eye). There is a gym study rooms and a rooftop terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and you will probably share it with two other persons (other flatmates will be gone). There is lots of storage space a desk and a nice bathroom.
Price is negotiable
The original price is 300pw but I am listing it at 280pw.
