From our house it's easy to reach the Olympic Stadium with Harringay Overland Station only 4 minutes away on foot; there you have to take the overland train (10min) change stations and another overland line to Stratford (15 min). The road is a residential street and therefore very quiet with little traffic. We can get a guest parking permit for the car if that is desired parking is right outside the door. The next big supermarket (Sainsbury's) is about 10 minutes away - but at the bottom of our street is the famous Green Lanes there are not only many bakers butchers small off-licenses and supermarkets (Tesco) but also the best turkish restaurants in London! They are open the whole night :-) Of course there are also a few cafes if you fancy a British 'Fry up '(breakfast) The No.29 night bus runs along Green Lanes taking you directly to the West End (Trafalgar Square) All sights and shopping in London are just a short subway ride away: you're in Kings Cross in 10 minutes and in 20 min at Covent Garden (Piccadilly Line runs through to Heathrow!) The Underground station is Manor House where you can walk in 15 minutes or take one of the buses on Green Lanes. There are some nice parks nearby. In Finsbury Park there is a large playground and a small lake with boat hire. Any questions please get in touch!
