The room is a double room and is equipped with not only the bed but also a wadrobe chest of drawers and a dressing table/desk. The house has a seperate kitchen and living room area. There will be a seperate fridge for those renting rooms out during the games (I will have 2 double rooms avaliable). The back garden is fairly large and you will be able to enjoy the summer evenings outside. There is off street parking for a small car or I can arrange a parking permit.
The house is about a 5 min walk away from Gravesend train station which has a direct line to London with fast trains to get you in to London in around 30 mins. You can also catch a bus (another 5 min walk) to Ebsfleet International train station and again catch a fast train to St Pancras in about 30 - 40 minutes. Gravesend itself is a historic town and is said to be the final resting place of Indian Princess Princess Pocohontas. There are lots of takeaway restuarants locally and with the town centre being a 5 minute walk away there are plenty of bars and some nice restaurants. If you have your own transport the countryside is very accessible with lots of lovely walks.

I am easy and laid back. I work and am studying for a degree as well as professional qualifications so am away from the house a fair amount. All I ask is that the kitchen is kept clean.
