Rent my 2 bed Flat

Hi! I have a beautiful room in a shared flat with one other girl up for grabs. The flat is on the first floor, with a large living room, open-plan kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and huge balcony/patio.
It's 4 minutes from Battersea Park, across the road from Queenstown Road station, 20 minutes' walk from Clapham and about 30 minutes' walk from Victoria station. Lovely area with Tesco 5 minutes walk away and loads of great pubs around.
My flatmate has a sweet husky called Max so must be willing to live with a dog. The flat is cleaned regularly.
