We are a small family looking for a new home in London that suits our needs especially as we now have a little daughter. All my previous landlords have always been very satisfied with me not only for my reliability with rent payments but also for the way I look after the property. I am meticulous when it comes to cleanliness and care — I genuinely enjoy maintaining and even improving the place I live in. I am a very precise and organised person: I always pay rent on time usually via direct debit/standing order and I like to keep everything in order.
