I’m contacting you about the property that is currently advertised. I’m very interested in the property and wanted to ask if you would consider renting to someone in my situation. I am currently working with the council due to homelessness and they are helping me secure a private rented property. I am entitled to the one-bedroom Local Housing Allowance and the rent would be covered through Universal Credit housing costs. The council may also be able to assist with the deposit and rent in advance. Please could you let me know if this would be acceptable and if the property is still available?
